If that doesn't work, I don't know what will. If you try this, under no circumstances are you to try and play before you re-apply the mods. Try deleting the downloaded files and re-applying them through LIVE. Some people have trouble with applying mods to their already-saved files you said that you did start a new file though, so I doubt that this is the case.

I just wanted someones help on finding out why I have 2 DLCs downloaded, in my memory, when i log into my character, pop up screen says "Loading New Content, please wait". Maybe it takes that long for Battlehorn castle to pop up at the tend of the road outside Chorrol? Noticed it takes 24 hours game time before you get the quest update on Shivering Isles.
I have started a new game/character under my LIVE profile (though playing offline) and still the Battlehorn castle is not there nor can i get any of the local Bravil PC characters to talk about the door in Nibain Bay. Those i can play in-game, However, i can not play the DLCs for Oblivion.
I do see them under my Memory in the dashboard as i dowlaoded them, just as i did for the DA: Orgins. I at this moment can not obtain either of them in-game. I did however recently use the month gold membership to purchase these two DLCs. I have never had Xbox LIVe due to the fact i move constantly.
